Holiday Party Appetizer: Sample of Sate - famous marinated chicken skewer, grilled, served with peanut sauce and cucumber dip. Glass Noodle Soup: Glass noodles with shrimp, slices of chicken, and vegetables in a clear broth. Entree: Choice of one of three: Pad Thai. Traditional dish of stir-fried thin rice noodles, with chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts and egg, garnished with crushed peanuts. Pineapple Fried Rice. Tasty fried rice with chicken, shrimp, egg, pineapple, cashew nut, raisin and onion. Sweet n' Sour. Tasty Sweet n' Sour sauce prepared with pineapple, tomato, onion and cucumber with your choice of meat, served with steamed white rice. Dessert and Beverage: If you desire an alcoholic beverage, a cash bar will be available.
