Regular meeting - Annunciata Room.  Becky will have some tips on increasing fiber and eating healthy on the gluten-free diet. We will also be sharing information on favorite gluten-free foods. Please bring a few of your favorite gluten-free foods in their original package to show everyone what items you like.
Saturday July 21 10:30 am Annual Picnic

Time: Set up and conversation - 10:30 am, Eat - 11:00 am
Place: Bettendorf Middle Park, Lagoon Picnic Shelter, Parkway Drive, Bettendorf, Iowa
Directions: From I-74, take Middle Road Exit East, turn right on 18th Street, turn left on Parkway Drive.
What to bring:  Please bring one of the following gluten free items: (a) main dish, (b) side dish, (c) salad, (d) dessert.  Include the recipe with ingredients listed. Please bring your own table service, table cover and drink.
